All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

Grubs’ Ceramic is the first rubber safety boot built from non-metallic materials which means it doesn’t conduct cold or electricity. For comfort and warmth, the boot is constructed with 5 mm of neoprene and rubber to calf height.

  • Lightweight and flexible 5 mm Ballistic insole meets BS EN ISO 20344: 2004 5.8.2 penetration standard and BS EN ISO 20344: 2004 5.9 flex resistance
  • 5 mm Insufoam-Ultra™ neoprene with calf-height rubber for comfort and warmth
  • 4 mm rubber over the foot area makes it resistant to puncture and flex cracking
  • 6 mm Nitrocell™ footbed provides a soft cushioning and insulates against cold surfaces
  • Rubber outsole provides superior grip and is oil resistant, passing the TM144: 1999 slip resistance test
  • Can be worn in temperatures -20ºC to +20ºC
  • Heel dissipates shockwaves from travelling up the leg
  • Lining wicks moisture away from the foot to keep the wearer dry and comfortable
