Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

It has been a longtime favourite for farmers, tradespeople, forestry workers, hunters, and fisherman. Now, it's even better with its 100% traceable Wool Integrity NZ certified North Island wool outer, an upgraded breathable wind blocker lining and a zip pocket that is large enough to fit your mobile phone. The Ruahine sets the standard for warmth and comfort in the toughest conditions. Made by a trusted offshore partner, using yarn supplied by Norsewear and following a Norsewear design.
