Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

RX Plastics Tank Fitting and Back Nut 15 to 50 mm is for use in rural water reticulation applications and meets the requirements for potable water quality AS/NZS 4020. The fitting can be used for above or below ground systems as the fitting is UV stabilised and will not corrode.

To install the fitting and back nut, apply an adequate cover of thread tape to the length of the thread. Insert the thread tape covered thread into a corresponding thread (i.e. male inserts into female thread or vice versa) and tighten to secure. Use thread tape or sealant on all threaded connections.
