Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

The Shoof Footrot Shears are ideal for trimming feet of sheep and goats for footrot and other conditions. The fine blades allow accurate trimming between the claws.

Footrot shears are very sharp with a serrated shear which prevents sliding off the hoof as plain shears tend to do. The fine blade snips are from UK manufacturer, Burgon & Ball. Designed with comfortable handles, a safety strap, and an easy-to-operate thumb slide for locking the blades. The shears are 19 cm long, with a blade length of 5 cm. Shears can also be used for a variety of purposes around the farm.
