Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Mastitis Test Solution provides an accurate result every time. Testing requires approximately 1 L of solution per 50 cows. The solution is non-toxic and coloured blue for easy identification.

Add the Mastitis Test Solution to the RMT paddle in the same quantity as the milk, ideally being dispensed from a squirt or pump bottle. If the milk sample coagulates, this indicates a high concentration of somatic cells.
