All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

For use as a biosecurity measure on your farm, a Disinfection Mat is used at entrance ways to disinfect footwear before entering a building.

The mat is constructed with a permeable upper fabric that disinfects footwear, dog's paws or the wheels of a trolley. The bottom and sides of the mat are made from non-permeable material to prevent the disinfectant from leaking, while its core is bonded with urethane foam. To apply disinfectant, pour the solution onto the top of mat.

  • Mat thickness: 30 mm
  • Mat size: 45 cm x 45 cm
  • To clean, hose the mat and let drain
  • Any disinfectant or sanitiser is effective in this mat
