Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Salt is an essential component of an animal’s diet. With many soils and pastures naturally low in sodium a supplement is often necessary. A lack of sodium can result in a decline in growth rates and/or milk production. LittLix Salt Block is perfect for use with sheep flocks where salt licks need to be spread out to prevent smothering. Dosage: Cattle/deer/horse - one block per stock unit. Sheep/goat – one block per 10 stock units.

  • One block per 50 head sheep and goats, and one block per 10 head cattle, horses and deer
  • Dose rate: 5 to 25 g per head per day
