Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Cydectin Injection is trusted by New Zealand farmers to provide sustained protection against internal parasites in cattle and sheep. One treatment provides 35 days protection against parasites, including barber’s pole worm (Haemonchus contortus) and Teladorsagia circumcincta (Ostertagia) in sheep and 28 days protection against Ostertagia and lungworm in cattle. Also aids in the control of sucking lice in cattle.
