Equine Balancer is a concentrated vitamin and mineral pellet suitable for horses that do not require the increased calorie intake provided by supplementary feed, but still require necessary vitamin and mineral intake for optimum health. Suitable for overweight horses and ponies as well as to top up nutrients when complete feeds are fed below recommendations.
Online orders can be delivered straight to your farm, orchard, lifestyle block or residential house across New Zealand. Note that at this stage, we do not offer international deliveries or deliveries to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island or Waiheke Island.

Easy Returns
Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.
There are three effortless ways to process a return:
Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.
All credit and debit card transactions are fully managed through a dedicated payment gateway hosted by Windcave. At the time of a purchase, your card details are sent directly to Windcave, who offer full end-to-end encryption. This technology is designed by Windcave to prevent any unauthorised viewing and downloading of your payment information. At no point does PGG Wrightson has access to, or store any of your credit or debit card information.

Feeding rates
Feed alone or combined with a suitable fibre source. Always provide at least 1.5% of the horse’s body weight in good quality forage (pasture, hay, chaff, fibre products) per day. Feed per day: Foal, spelling horse, dry mare, pony - 400 grams, horse in light work – 600 grams, weaning, yearling, late pregnant mare, lactating mare, stallion, hard-working horse, aged horse – 800 grams.
