Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

To prevent cluster stem damage when growing healthy tomato inflorescence, the Truss Arch shapes the cluster’s stem into an arch to help prevent it from breaking or bending. It is recommended to use between 5 to 15 units per plant depending on the tomato type.

This system is suited to growers using a small and flexible cluster arch as, with larger edge bumpers and a narrow stem channel, the arch easily slips onto the young fruit stem for a secure hold. The stem can then be trained downward.
