All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

The S3 system is for farmers who want to spot-check weights before selling their livestock and those recording weights directly in a herd management app. Tru-Test load bars are recognised for their rugged durability and performance in harsh environments. The internal cells are made from aircraft-grade aluminium and are fully sealed to keep out moisture. Heavy-duty TPR/PVC cables are a standard feature, which minimise the likelihood of cable damage. For cattle crushes /crates the heavy-duty load bars or extra heavy-duty load cells should be used.
