Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Makita's cordless LXT Brushless Earth Auger is a post hole borer, with a motor producing 1,350 W maximum output. The Earth Auger has a 30% faster drilling speed compared with the equivalent 50cc model, digging 155 holes in clay soil, at a spindle size of 150 mm, on a full battery charge. Digging in sandy soil, at a spindle size of 200 mm, the battery continuously runs for 90 holes.
