All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00
All orders that are more than 100kg in total and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $100.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

The Hayauchi Pole Saw has a heavy-duty aluminium pole that can be extended to the required length. The saw's adjustable 390 mm blade has razor teeth. Its upper sickle cuts vines while the lower one undercuts bark, providing a clean cut without damaging the tree.

  • Comfortable rubber grip
  • An extension lock, with spring loaded buttons, is positioned at the top of each pole
  • Adjustable 390 mm blade has razor teeth and a sharpened base sickle and tip for scoring the branch while avoiding damage to the branch collar
  • Extension pole is oval shaped allowing the user to control the direction of the cut, particularly when cutting high branches
  • Push buttons for ease of adjusting lengths
  • Safety clamps firmly hold the extensions in place
